TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In lijn met de doelstellingen van de Europa 2020-strategie en met deze oproep wordt met deze verordening de totstandkoming van een interne markt voor elektronische communicatie beoogd door het voltooien en aanpassen van het bestaande EU-regelgevingskader voor elektronische communicatie.
In line with the objectives of the Europe 2020 Strategy and with this call, this regulation aims at establishing a single market for electronic communications by completing and adapting the existing Union Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications.

In 2011 heeft de Commissie het groenboek over onlinegokken op de interne markt aangenomen[4].

2. Voorzover voor de verwezenlijking van de in lid 1 genoemde doelstelling nodig, worden met deze richtlijn bepaalde nationale bepalingen nader tot elkaar gebracht die van toepassing zijn op de diensten van de informatiemaatschappij en betrekking hebben op de interne markt, de vestiging van de dienstverleners, de commerciële communicatie, langs elektronische weg gesloten contracten, de aansprakelijkheid van tussenpersonen, gedragscodes, de buitengerechtelijke geschillenregeling, rechtsgedingen en de samenwerking tussen lidstaten.
2. This Directive approximates, to the extent necessary for the achievement of the objective set out in paragraph 1, certain national provisions on information society services relating to the internal market, the establishment of service providers, commercial communications, electronic contracts, the liability of intermediaries, codes of conduct, out-of-court dispute settlements, court actions and cooperation between Member States.
