[27] In de context van de tweede pijler van het grondstoffeninitiatief zal de Commissie een verslag publiceren over de indicatoren voor nationaal beleid inzake mineralen in 2014, over de prestaties van lidstaten, over de verlening van vergunningen en de grondgebruiksplanning, en zal zij een openbare raadpleging organiseren waarin met alle betrokkenen wordt bekeken wat de politieke opties zijn voor een mogelijke harmonisering van bepaalde aspecten van vergunningsprocedures en ruimtelijke ordening.
[27] In the context of the second pillar of the Raw Materials Initiative the Commission will publish a Report on National Minerals Policy Indicators in 2014 on Member States performance on the permit licensing and the land use planning as well as launching a public consultation in order to explore with all stakeholders the political options towards a possible harmonisation of some aspects of permitting procedures and land use planning.
