18. herinnert aan de herhaalde verzoeken van het Europees Parlement om opneming van het EOF in de begroting van de Unie; heeft kritiek op het gebruik van het EOF als voornaamste financieringsbron van het regionaal EPO-fonds, terwijl er extra middelen werden verwacht; onderstreept dat de middelen die zijn toegekend uit hoofde van het nationaal indicatief programma voor Kameroen en het regionaal indicatief programma, niet volstaan om de Kameroenese economie te moderniseren, hetgeen de ondertekening van de EPO zou inhouden;

Recalls Parliament's repeated requests for the EDF to be incorporated into the EU budget; criticises the use of the EDF as the primary source of financing for the Regional EPA Fund, when additional financing was anticipated; points out that the amounts allocated under the National Indicative Programme for Cameroon and the Regional Indicative Programme are insufficient to bring the Cameroonian economy up to standard, which the signing of an EPA would entail;
