Takes the view that the implementation of both Cohesion Policy and the rules on State support schemes to reinforce local and regional investment and public-private partnerships are of key importance for promoting economic, social and territorial cohesion, regional and local development, smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, and job creation; is, however, concerned as to whether the State aid rules are consistent with the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds; urges the Commission, therefore, to ensure consistency of the SAM with the Cohesion Policy regulations 2014 – 2020, so that there are no major variations in treatment of areas belonging to the same category of region within the framework of Cohesion Policy;

De lidstaten waar de behandeling plaatsvindt, dragen er zorg voor dat informatie over het recht om hun beroep uit te oefenen van gezondheidswerkers die zijn ingeschreven in nationale of lokale registers op hun grondgebied, op verzoek beschikbaar wordt gemaakt voor de autoriteiten van andere lidstaten met het oog op grensoverschrijdende gezondheidszorg, overeenkomstig de hoofdstukken II en III en de nationale maatregelen ter uitvoering van de uniale bepalingen inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens, in het bijzonder de Richtlijnen 95/46/EG en 2002/58/EG, en het beginsel van het vermoeden van onschuld.
4. Member States of treatment shall ensure that information on the right to practise of health professionals listed in national or local registers established on their territory is, upon request, made available to the authorities of other Member States, for the purpose of cross-border healthcare, in accordance with Chapters II and III and with national measures implementing Union provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular Directives 95/46/EC and 2002/58/EC, and the principle of presumption of innocence.
