1.1.3. Onder "andere inrichting voor indirect zicht" wordt verstaan een inrichting als omschreven in punt 1.1 waarbij het gezichtsveld niet door middel van een spiegel voor indirect zicht of een camera-beeldscherminrichting voor indirect zicht wordt verkregen.

2. Met ingang van 26 januari 2006 verlenen de lidstaten geen EG-typegoedkeuring voor een nieuw type voertuig om redenen die verband houden met de inrichtingen voor indirect zicht of voor een nieuw type inrichting voor indirect zicht, indien niet aan de voorschriften van deze richtlijn wordt voldaan.
2. With effect from 26 January 2006, Member States shall refuse to grant EC type-approval for any new type of vehicle on grounds relating to the device for indirect vision or for any new type of device for indirect vision, if the requirements of this Directive are not fulfilled.

7. Het rechtstreekse zicht van de bestuurder moet door de montage van een inrichting voor indirect zicht zo min mogelijk worden belemmerd.
7. Obstruction of the driver's direct view caused by the installation of a device for indirect vision shall be restricted to a minimum.

1.1. Onder "inrichting voor indirect zicht" wordt verstaan een inrichting om het aan het voertuig grenzende gebied waar te nemen dat niet rechtstreeks kan worden waargenomen.
1.1". Devices for indirect vision" means devices to observe the traffic area adjacent to the vehicle which cannot be observed by direct vision.
