De lidstaten treffen de nodige maatregelen om ervoor te zorgen dat het niet-betalen aan hun verzekeringsinstellingen van door de werkgever vóór het intreden van diens insolventie verschuldigde premiebedragen uit hoofde van de nationale wettelijke stelsels van sociale zekerheid, het recht van de werknemer op prestaties ten aanzien van deze verzekeringsinstellingen niet nadelig beïnvloedt, voor zover de loonpremies op het uitgekeerde loon zijn ingehouden.
Member States shall take the measures necessary to ensure that non-payment of compulsory contributions due from the employer, before the onset of his insolvency, to their insurance institutions under national statutory social security schemes does not adversely affect employees’ benefit entitlement in respect of these insurance institutions in so far as the employees’ contributions have been deducted at source from the remuneration paid.
