Indien uit de evaluatie door de Commissie blijkt dat bijlage V moet worden aangevuld, is de Commissie bevoegd om overeenkomstig artikel 25 bis gedelegeerde handelingen vast te stellen teneinde in de delen A, B, D en E van bijlage V geraamde typische en standaardwaarden toe te voegen, doch niet te verwijderen of te wijzigen, voor productieketens voor biobrandstoffen en vloeibare biomassa waarvoor nog geen specifieke waarden in die bijlage zijn opgenomen.
In the event that the Commission's review concludes that additions to Annex V should be made, the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts pursuant to Article 25a to add, but not to remove or amend, estimated typical and default values in parts A, B, D and E of Annex V for biofuel and bioliquid pathways for which specific values are not yet included in that Annex.
