Where a Member State as referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 2(2) continues to make its declarations in national currency for the 2007 financial year, the exchange rate to be applied by the Commission for the corresponding payments shall be that applicable on the 10th of the month following the month for which the declaration is drawn up or, if no rate is quoted for that date, that of the first day preceding that date for which a rate is quoted.
