Daarom dring ik er bij mijn collega’s op aan het amendement te steunen dat door de Verts-ALE-Fractie en de PSE-Fractie is ingediend en dat in het Engels als volgt luidt: “Calls on the Commission to evaluate the usefulness of supply-side management tools for the clothing sector, in order to level off global competition and prevent a lowest-common-denominator approach to social and environmental standards”.
That is why I urge colleagues to support the amendment that the Greens and Socialists have filed together, which reads: ‘Calls on the Commission to evaluate the usefulness of supply-side management tools for the clothing sector, in order to level off global competition and prevent a lowest-common-denominator approach to social and environmental standards’.
