...[+++]ures, met inachtneming van de bestaande situatie op communautair en internationaal niveau ; c) van de definitie van het wettelijk kader en de voorwaarden voor het garanderen van niet-vervalste concurrentie op de externe markten en op de interne markt van de Unie ; d) van acties voor samenwerking op het gebied van O O, opleiding - zowel voor bedrijfshoofden als voor het kaderpersoneel in de openbare sector - en industriële eigendom ; e) van regionale-integratieprocessen, gebaseerd op de ervaring die op communautair niveau is opgedaan ; 2. acties aan te moedigen die de economische en industriële hoofdrolspelers ertoe aanzetten samen te werken op de volgende gebieden : a) uitvoering van industrie- en infrastructuurprojecten afhankelijk van de diverse niveaus van sociaal-economische ontwikkeling overeenkomstig de criteria van een open markteconomie, met inachtneming in alle gevallen van de marktvoorwaarden en de toestanden die eigen zijn aan bepaalde sectoren in de Gemeenschap ; b) intensivering van de samenwerking op industrie-, technologie- en milieugebied ; c) intensivering van de overdracht van technologie en "know-how" ; d) het aanleggen en constant bijwerken van databases en informatienetwerken betreffende handelsmogelijkheden, contacten tussen ondernemingen enz., met de garantie dat de ondernemingen, en dan in het bijzonder het MKB, toegang tot en informatie uit die bases en netwerken krijgen ; e) technologische ontwikkeling ...II THE COUNCIL REQUESTS THE COMMISSION TO: 1. ...[+++]rkets and in the Union's internal market; (d) cooperation measures concerning RD, training - both for heads of companies and for executives in the public sector - and industrial property; (e) processes of regional integration, on the basis of the experience gained at Community level. 2. Promote action to foster cooperation between economic and industrial operators in the following areas: (a) carrying out industrial and infrastructure projects having regard to the varying degrees of socio-economic development and in accordance with the criteria of an open market economy taking into account market conditions and the situation in certain sectors in the Community; (b) intensification of industrial, technological and environmental cooperation; (c) intensification of transfers of technology and know-how; (d) creation and improvement of databases and information networks on business opportunities, holding of business meetings, etc., with guaranteed access by and dissemination among undertakings, in particular the SMEs; (e) technological development with a view to integration into the information society. 3.
