Nor should the person from whom they have been removed, or a third party, gain any other advantage whatsoever comparable to a financial gain, such as benefits in kind or promotion. A third party involved in the transplant process, such as a health professional or a tissue bank, may not make a profit from organs, part of organs or tissues or any products developed from them.
