TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

22. veroordeelt de door ISIS opgeëiste terroristische aanslag op het Bardo-museum in Tunis van 18 maart 2015 ten stelligste; is bezorgd over de rekruteringscapaciteit van terroristische netwerken in een land dat wordt geleid door een nationale eenheidsregering met deelneming van de gematigde islamitische partij Ennahda; is tevens bezorgd over de poreuze grenzen van Tunesië met Libië die met name worden gebruikt voor drugs- en wapenhandel, en is ingenomen met de recente samenwerking tussen Tunesië, de EU en haar lidstaten op dit terrein; blijft bezorgd over de massale toestroom van Libische vluchtelingen in Tunesië, die de stabiliteit van het land danig onder druk zet, en is ingenomen met de ontvangst waarin is voorzien door Tunesië, dat momenteel meer dan één miljoen Libische vluchtelingen telt; onderstreept dat de EU en Tunesië hun samenwerking op het gebied van veiligheid moeten voortzetten en versterken, in het bijzonder door gezamenlijke veiligheidsprogramma's op te zetten; acht het van essentieel belang dat de kwestie van Tunesië meer steun krijgt, waarbij specifieke verbintenissen, ook op economisch en investeringsvlak, worden aangegaan om de kwetsbare democratische overgang te ondersteunen, in de wetenschap dat het in het belang van de hele regio en van de EU is dat het Tunesische experiment een positief eindresultaat heeft; dringt er bij de Commissie op aan het belang van democratisering te onderstrepen en na de Arabische revoluties een symbolische boodschap te doen uitgaan door een topontmoeting tussen de EU en MONA te organiseren in Tunis;
22. Strongly condemns the attack on the Bardo Museum in Tunis on 18 March 2015, for which the Islamic State has claimed responsibility; is concerned about the enrolment capacity of terrorist networks in a country run by a national unity government involving the moderate Islamic party Ennahda; is also concerned about Tunisia's porous borders with Libya, which are used notably for drug and arms trafficking, and welcomes the latest cooperation between Tunisia and the EU and its Member States in this regard; remains worried by the huge influx of Libyan refugees into Tunisia, which is putting great pressure on the country’s stability, and welcomes their reception by Tunisia, which now has more than a million Libyan refugees; stresses the importance for the EU and for Tunisia of pursuing and strengthening their security cooperation, in particular by establishing joint security programmes; considers that it is vital for the Tunisian issue to be given more support, by making specific commitments including from an economic and investment point of view, in order to support the fragile democratic transition, mindful that it is in the interest of the entire region and of the EU that the Tunisian experiment succeeds; urges the Commission to underline the importance of democratisation and to send a symbolic message after the Arab uprisings by organising an EU-MENA summit in Tunis;
