In de vermelding in bijlage XVII bij Verordening (EG) nr. 1907/2006 betreffende pct’s dient daarom geen bepaling te staan over apparaten die pct’s bevatten; dat is immers al volledig bij Richtlijn 96/59/EG geregeld.
Therefore the entry in Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning PCTs should not include provision concerning equipment containing PCTs as that is fully regulated under Directive 96/59/EC.
