TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

De Commissie stelt dan ook voor de in de negen wetgevingshandelingen voorkomende verwijzingen naar het Permanent Comité voor de landbouwstatistiek te vervangen door verwijzingen naar het ESS-comité.
The Commission proposes therefore to modify the nine legislative acts in order to replace the reference to the SCAS by a reference to the ESSC.

Op die vergadering is de Adviesgroep, na behandeling van het voorstel voor een richtlijn van het Europees Parlement en de Raad tot herschikking van Verordening (EG) nr. 2597/95 van de Raad van 23 oktober 1995 inzake de verstrekking van statistieken van de nominale vangsten van lidstaten in bepaalde gebieden buiten de Noord-Atlantische Oceaan, tot de gezamenlijke conclusies gekomen dat in artikel 5, lid 1, de woorden "Permanent Comité voor de landbouwstatistiek" moeten worden gewijzigd in "Permanent Comité voor de landbouwstatistiek" (geen wijziging nodig voor Nederlandse versie, vert.).
At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council recasting Council Regulation (EC) No 2597/95 of 23 October 1995 on the submission of nominal catch statistics by Member States fishing in certain areas other than those of the North Atlantic resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s establishing, by common accord, that in Article 5(1) the wording "Standing Committee on Agricultural Statistics" should be adapted so as to read "Standing Committee for Agricultural Statistics".

2. De Commissie onderzoekt de verslagen en legt haar conclusies voor aan de desbetreffende werkgroep van het Permanent Comité voor de landbouwstatistiek (hierna: "het comité" genoemd) ingesteld bij artikel 1 van Besluit 72/279/EEG van de Raad .

In that resolution, Parliament adopted a number of amendments to the Commission proposal, the purpose of which was to remedy the fact that the decision did not go far enough in areas such as identifying the statistics needed in order to enable the major changes affecting the CAP to be accommodated, the voluntary nature of participation by the Member States, the need for Eurostat, the Standing Committee on Agricultural Statistics and the Statistical Programme Committee to cooperate more extensively with the Commission and the statistical processing of information relating to EAGGF Guarantee Section payments.

Met het oog op een doeltreffender, integrale aanpak inzake de voedselketen dient een Comité voor de voedselketen en de diergezondheid te worden ingesteld ter vervanging van het Permanent Veterinair Comité, het Permanent Comité voor levensmiddelen en het Permanent Comité voor veevoeder.
In order to ensure a more effective, comprehensive approach to the food chain, a Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health should be established to replace the Standing Veterinary Committee, the Standing Committee for Foodstuffs and the Standing Committee for Feedingstuffs.
