TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

De door de Commissie voorgestelde rechtsgrondslag is artikel 192 van het Verdrag betreffende de werking van de Europese Unie (VWEU), de rechtsgrondslag voor het beleid van de Unie op milieugebied, en artikel 207 VWEU inzake de gemeenschappelijke handelspolitiek, in samenhang met artikel 218, lid 6, onder a), VWEU, de rechtsgrondslag voor de procedure voor de sluiting van internationale overeenkomsten waarvoor goedkeuring van het Parlement vereist is.
