10. verheugt zich over het door de G8 geïnitieerde actieplan voor terugvordering van activa van het Deauville-partnerschap, waarin concrete maatregelen worden vastgesteld ter bevordering van de samenwerking, individuele bijstand, capaciteitsopbouw en technische bijstand, en stelt de oprichting voor van een regionaal samenwerkingsinitiatief, het Arabische Forum inzake terugvordering van activa, voor discussie en samenwerking inzake voortgezette inspanningen op dit gebied;
