F. overwegende dat geen enkele federale staat (ook niet de Verenigde Staten of Duitsland) het equivalent van euro-obligaties, zoals bedoeld in opties 1 en 2 van het groenboek, uitgeeft, waardoor euro-obligaties tot het niveau van volledig nieuw concept worden verheven dat niet te vergelijken is met de beproefde en betrouwbare schatkistobligaties van de VS en de Duitse Bundesanleihen;
F. whereas no federal state (including the United States and Germany) issues the equivalent of eurobonds such as foreseen in options 1 and 2 of the Green Book, something which elevates eurobonds to the level of a totally new concept that cannot be compared with the tried and trusted US Treasury Bonds and German Bundesanleihen;
