Gebruikers van de cloud moeten bovendien in staat zijn om elk aanbod van cloud computing-diensten te evalueren op basis van gestandaardiseerde procedures met betrekking tot de veiligheid en garantievoorwaarden die door de aanbieder worden geboden, de zogenaamde dienstenniveauovereenkomst of Service Level Agreements (SLA). Daarom moet op Europees niveau een model voor vrijwillige certificering worden geïmplementeerd waarmee de gebruiker in staat is het niveau van naleving van de standaarden, de interoperabiliteit en de veiligheidssystemen van cloud computing-diensten eenvoudiger te beoordelen en te vergelijken. Met betrekking tot de hier aangehaalde punten kan dan op drie verschillende dienstenniveaus worden gekeken naar verschillen tussen aanbieders: infrastructuur als dienst (Infrastructure as a Service, IaaS), platform als dienst (Platform as a Service, PaaS) en software als dienst (Software as a Service, SaaS).

In order to ensure smooth and efficient operations at an airport, Member States shall ensure that the airport managing body and the association or associations representing airport users at the airport enter into consultation, at least once every two years, with a view to defining and concluding an overall service level agreement which sets out the minimum quality standards of service to be provided to the passenger at the airport terminal or terminals by all parties concerned.

Om de vlotte en efficiënte werking van een luchthaven te garanderen en om de luchthaven in staat te stellen zijn verplichtingen na te komen, zien de lidstaten erop toe dat het beheersorgaan van de luchthaven en de vereniging(en) van luchthavengebruikers onderhandelingen voeren met het oog op het sluiten van een "service level agreement" met betrekking tot de kwaliteit van de diensten die in de luchthaventerminal(s) worden verleend en de nauwkeurigheid en tijdigheid van informatie die door de luchthavengebruikers wordt verstrekt over hun geplande activiteiten, zoals vermeld in artikel 5, lid 2.
