TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Het Politiek en Veiligheidscomité heeft, overeenkomstig artikel 25, derde alinea, van het Verdrag en krachtens artikel 10, lid 2, van Gemeenschappelijk Optreden 2006/319/GBVB van de Raad van 27 april 2006 inzake de militaire operatie van de Europese Unie ter ondersteuning van de missie van de Organisatie van de Verenigde Naties in de Democratische Republiek Congo (MONUC) tijdens het verkiezingsproces (1), op 30 mei 2006 Besluit MONUC SPT/1/2006 (2) en Besluit MONUC SPT/2/2006 (3) aangenomen.
The Political and Security Committee, in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 25 of the Treaty and pursuant to Article 10(2) of Council Joint Action 2006/319/CFSP of 27 April 2006 on the European Union military operation in support of the United Nations Organisation Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUC) during the election process (1), adopted Decision MONUC SPT/1/2006 (2) and Decision MONUC SPT/2/2006 (3) on 30 May 2006.

2. De Zwitserse Bondsstaat wordt vertegenwoordigd in het bij Besluit MONUC SPT/2/2006 ingestelde Comité van contribuanten.

De specifieke doelstellingen zijn : - verbetering van de beheers- en de technische kwaliteiten van de kleine ondernemers door middel van opleidingscursussen en adviezen; - uitbreiding/verbetering van de hulp van de huidige instellingen aan de KMO's : SIDEC (Seychelles Industrial Development Corporation), SIM (Seychelles Institute of Management) en SPT (Seychelles Polytechnic); - bewerkstelligen dat deze instellingen zich in de periode tot het eind van het project een autonome geschiktheid met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van de KMO's kunnen eigen maken; - het op peil brengen vergemakkelijken van de infrastructuren bestemd voor de kleine ondernemingen.
The specific aims are: - to improve small businesses' management and technical skills through training and advice; - to improve the quality of the assistance given to SMEs by SIDEC (Seychelles Industrial Development Corporation), SIM (Seychelles Institute of Management) and SPT (Seychelles Polytechnic); - to put these institutions in a position to develop SMEs themselves by the end of the project; - to help bring SME-oriented infrastructure up to standard.
