TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

– gezien Besluit 2002/187/JBZ van de Raad van 28 februari 2002 betreffende de oprichting van Eurojust teneinde de strijd tegen ernstige vormen van criminaliteit te versterken , en met name artikel 36,
– having regard to Council Decision 2002/187/JHA of 28 February 2002 setting up Eurojust with a view to reinforcing the fight against serious crime , and in particular Article 36 thereof,

– gezien Besluit 2002/187/JBZ van de Raad van 28 februari 2002 betreffende de oprichting van Eurojust teneinde de strijd tegen ernstige vormen van criminaliteit te versterken, en met name artikel 36,
– having regard to Council Decision 2002/187/JHA of 28 February 2002 setting up Eurojust with a view to reinforcing the fight against serious crime , and in particular Article 36 thereof,

– gezien Verordening (EG) nr. 2580/2001 van de Raad van 27 december 2001 inzake specifieke beperkende maatregelen tegen bepaalde personen en entiteiten met het oog op de strijd tegen het terrorisme , en gemeenschappelijk standpunt 2001/931/GBVB van de Raad van 27 december 2001 betreffende de toepassing van specifieke maatregelen ter bestrijding van het terrorisme ,
– having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 of 27 December 2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism , and to Council Common Position 2001/931/CFSP of 27 December 2001 on the application of specific measures to combat terrorism ,

- gezien Verordening (EG) nr. 2580/2001 van de Raad van 27 december 2001 inzake specifieke beperkende maatregelen tegen bepaalde personen en entiteiten met het oog op de strijd tegen het terrorisme, en gemeenschappelijk standpunt 2001/931/GBVB van de Raad van 27 december 2001 betreffende de toepassing van specifieke maatregelen ter bestrijding van het terrorisme,
- having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism, and to Council Common Position 2001/931/CFSP of 27 December 2001 on the application of specific measures to combat terrorism,

Met betrekking tot vorderingen voor overlijden of persoonlijk letsel van passagiers, die veroorzaakt zijn door een van de in 2.2 van de IMO-richtsnoeren bedoelde risico's, kunnen de vervoerder, en de feitelijke vervoerder hun aansprakelijkheid beperken overeenkomstig het bepaalde in de eerste alinea, mits het volgens die bepalingen berekende maximumbedrag van de aansprakelijkheid per geval 340 miljoen STR (Speciale Trekkingsrechten) per incident of 250 000 STR per passagier niet overtreft, afhankelijk van wat het laagste bedrag is.
In respect of claims for loss of life or personal injury to a passenger caused by any of the risks referred to in paragraph 2.2 of the IMO Guidelines the carrier and the performing carrier may limit their liability pursuant to the provisions referred to in the first paragraph provided that the limit of liability calculated according to those provisions shall not exceed, on each distinct occasion, 340 million SDR (Special Drawing Rights) per incident, or 250 000 SDR per passenger, whichever is the lower amount.
