„procesemissies” : broeikasgasemissies, niet zijnde verbrandingsemissies, die optreden ten gevolge van bedoelde of onbedoelde reacties tussen stoffen of de transformatie daarvan, waaronder de chemische of elektrolytische reductie van metaalertsen, de thermische ontbinding van stoffen en de vorming van stoffen bedoeld om te worden gebruikt als product of als grondstof.
(30)‘process emissions’ means greenhouse gas emissions other than combustion emissions occurring as a result of intentional and unintentional reactions between substances or their transformation, including the chemical or electrolytic reduction of metal ores, the thermal decomposition of substances, and the formation of substances for use as product or feedstock.
