92/57/EEC minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites

Conform de bijlage bij Richtlijn 89/391/EEG heeft de onderhavige richtlijn betrekking op de volgende gebieden: werkplekken, machines, individuele beschermingsmiddelen, werkzaamheden met beeldschermapparatuur, hanteren van zware lasten welke risico's van lumbaal letsel met zich meebrengen, tijdelijke en mobiele werkplaatsen en visserij en landbouw.
In accordance with the annex to Directive 89/391/EEC, the present Directive covers the following areas: workplaces, work equipment, personal protection equipment, work with visual display equipment, handling heavy loads where there is a risk of back injury, temporary and mobile construction sites, fishery and agriculture.

„mobiele locatie”: een tijdelijke of mobiele inrichting voor de inzameling van bloed en bloedbestanddelen die zich niet binnen de bloedinstelling bevindt maar daar wel onder ressorteert.
‘mobile site’ means a temporary or movable place used for the collection of blood and blood components which is in a location outside of but under the control of the blood establishment.

i)„mobiele locatie”: een tijdelijke of mobiele inrichting voor de inzameling van bloed en bloedbestanddelen die zich niet binnen de bloedinstelling bevindt maar daar wel onder ressorteert.

(9 bis) Krachtens Richtlijn 92/57/EEG van de Raad van 24 juni 1992 betreffende de minimumvoorschriften inzake veiligheid en gezondheid voor tijdelijke en mobiele bouwplaatsen 1 moet de werkingssfeer van enkele desbetreffende bepalingen van Richtlijn 89/655/EEG van de Raad van 30 november 1989 betreffende minimumvoorschriften inzake veiligheid en gezondheid bij het gebruik door werknemers van arbeidsmiddelen op de arbeidsplaats 2 en van Richtlijn 89/656/EEG van de Raad van 30 november 1989 betreffende de minimumvoorschriften inzake veiligheid en gezondheid voor het gebruik op het werk van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen door de werknemers 3 ook zelfstandigen en werkgevers die zelf op de bouwplaats beroepsactiviteiten uitoefenen bestrijken.
(9a) Council Directive 92/57/EEC of 24 June 1992 on the implementation of minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites 1 , provides for the extension to self-employed workers and to employers, where they are engaged in work activity, of certain relevant provisions of Council Directive 89/655/EEC of 30 November 1989 concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment by workers at work 2 and of Council Directive 89/656/EEC of 30 November 1989 concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment at the workplace 3 .

(9 bis) Volgens Richtlijn 92/57/EEG van de Raad van 24 juni 1992 betreffende de minimumvoorschriften inzake veiligheid en gezondheid voor tijdelijke en mobiele bouwplaatsen moet de werkingssfeer van enkele desbetreffende bepalingen van Richtlijn 89/655/EEG van de Raad van 30 november 1989 betreffende minimumvoorschriften inzake veiligheid en gezondheid bij het gebruik door werknemers van arbeidsmiddelen op de arbeidsplaats en van Richtlijn 89/656/EEG van de Raad van 30 november 1989 betreffende de minimumvoorschriften inzake veiligheid en gezondheid voor het gebruik op het werk van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen door de werknemers ook zelfstandigen en werkgevers die zelf op de bouwplaats beroepsactiviteiten uitoefenen bestrijken.
(9a) Directive 92/57/EEC of 24 June 1992 on temporary or mobile construction sites provides for the extension to self-employed workers and to employers, where they are personally engaged in work activity, of certain relevant provisions of Council Directive 89/655/EEC of 30 November 1989 concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment by workers at work and of Council Directive 89/656/EEC of 30 November 1989 concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment at the workplace.

Deze strategieën voor preventie en bestrijding van dak-/thuisloosheid berusten niet alleen op verbetering van sociale noodregelingen, uitbreiding van de tijdelijke huisvesting, mobiele multidisciplinaire teams die mensen die op straat leven opvangen, samenwerking in netwerken tussen overheidsinstanties, gezondheidszorg- en psychiatrische zorginstellingen en instellingen voor sociale opvang en sociale huisvesting, samenwerking met NGO's, door de overheid gegarandeerde herhuisvestingscapaciteit, maar tevens op een continue paraatheid van beroepsmensen en vrijwilligers voor ondersteuning van sociale integratie of reïntegratie.
These strategies for preventing and combating situations of homelessness are based not only on improving the social emergency mechanisms, providing more temporary accommodation, setting up multidisciplinary mobile outreach teams, networking between public authorities, health care and psychiatric institutions, emergency shelter institutions and social housing agencies, co-operation with NGOs and a guaranteed rehousing capacity by the public authorities, but also on sustained efforts by professionals and volunteers to help with social integration and re-integration.
