TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In zijn besluit van 8 november 2017 heeft de GAR het algemene recht van toegang tot documenten waarom elke burger van de Europese Unie kan verzoeken duidelijk verward met het meer concrete recht van toegang tot het dossier, dat alleen kan worden uitgeoefend door de belanghebbenden in de procedure waarop dat dossier betrekking heeft.
In its decision of 8 November 2017, the SRB clearly confuses the general right of access to documents, on which any EU citizen can rely, with the more specific right of access to the file, which can be exercised only by parties which have an interest in the proceedings to which the file relates.
