Ten aanzien van de inleiding van een tuchtprocedure tegen de directeur-generaal op grond van artikel 3, lid 1, onder c), van bijlage IX bij het Statuut neemt de Commissie, na raadpleging van het comité van toezicht, een met redenen omkleed besluit.
