5. Tests performed should comply with the relevant requirements of protection of laboratory animals, set out in Council Directive 86/609/EEC of 24 November 1986 on the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States regarding the protection of animals used for experimental and other scientific purposes , and, in the case of ecotoxicological and toxicological tests, good laboratory practice, set out in Directive 2004/10/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 on the harmonisation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the application of the principles of good laboratory practice and the verification of their application for tests on chemical substances or other international standards recognised as being equivalent by the Commission or the Agency.

1. Catch documents, and any related documents, validated in conformity with catch documentation schemes adopted by a regional fisheries management organisation which are recognised as complying with the requirements laid down in this Regulation, shall be accepted as catch certificates in respect of the fishery products from species to which such catch documentation schemes apply and shall be subject to the check and verification requirements incumbent upon the Member State of importation in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 and to the provisions on refusal of importation laid down in Article 18.

The airlines of each Party shall not be precluded from entering into franchise or branding arrangements, including conditions relating to brand protection and operational matters, provided that: they comply, in particular, with the applicable laws and regulations concerning control; the ability of the airline to exist outside of the franchise is not jeopardised; the arrangement does not result in a foreign airline engaging in cabotage operations; and applicable regulations, such as consumer protection provisions, including those regarding the disclosure of the identity of the airline operating the service, are complied with.

3. Wijnen, druivenmost en mousserende wijnen die tot 1 mei 2004 in Hongarije zijn bereid en waarvan de omschrijving en de aanbiedingsvorm niet voldoen aan het bepaalde in Verordening (EG) nr. 1493/1999 of in deze verordening, mogen zolang de voorraad strekt, met het oog op verkoop in voorraad worden gehouden, in het verkeer worden gebracht en worden uitgevoerd, mits zij voldoen aan de toepasselijke bepalingen inzake wijnen, druivenmost en mousserende wijnen die in Hongarije voor die datum van kracht waren.
3. Wines, grape must and sparkling wines produced in Hungary up to 1 May 2004 and whose description and presentation does not comply with Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 or with this Regulation may be held for sale, placed on the market or exported until stocks are exhausted provided that they comply with the provisions regarding wines, grape must and sparkling wines in force in Hungary before that date.
