– gezien de Europese veiligheidsstrategie en de voor de Europese Raad bestemde tekst van de hoge vertegenwoordiger en de Europese Commissie van 14 maart 2008 getiteld „Klimaatverandering en internationale veiligheid”,
– having regard to the European Security Strategy and to the paper of 14 March 2008 from the High Representative and the Commission to the European Council entitled ‘Climate change and international security’,

– gezien de Europese veiligheidsstrategie en de voor de Europese Raad bestemde tekst van de hoge vertegenwoordiger en de Europese Commissie van 14 maart 2008 getiteld "Klimaatverandering en internationale veiligheid",
– having regard to the European Security Strategy and to the paper of 14 March 2008 from the High Representative and the Commission to the European Council entitled ‘Climate change and international security’,

Proposals for transfers and all information for the European Parliament and Council concerning transfers made under Articles 25 and 26 of the Financial Regulation shall be accompanied by appropriate and detailed supporting documents showing the implementation of appropriations and estimates of requirements up to the end of the financial year, both for the lines to which the appropriations are to be transferred and for those from which they are to be taken.

14. 14. This being the case, the European Parliament, via its Committee on International Trade, asks to be kept informed and to be an addressee of documents sent to the Council, such as the minutes of the Joint Agreement Implementation Committee, and the record of the decisions and the Annual Report of that committee, the mission and audit reports of the agreement’s independent auditor, and the reports assessing the implementation of the agreement, including the studies of its social, economic and environmental impact.

15. 15. This being the case, the European Parliament, via its Committee on International Trade, asks to be kept informed and to be an addressee of documents sent to the Council, such as the minutes of the Joint Agreement Implementation Committee, the record of the decisions and the Annual Report of that committee, the mission and audit reports of the agreement’s independent auditor, and the reports assessing the implementation of the agreement, including the studies of its social, economic and environmental impact.
