TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Overeenkomstig artikel 31 van Verordening (EG) nr. 479/2008 zijn de analysemethoden waarmee de samenstelling van de onder die verordening vallende producten wordt bepaald, en de voorschriften aan de hand waarvan kan worden vastgesteld of deze producten behandelingen hebben ondergaan die strijdig zijn met de toegestane oenologische procedés, de analysemethoden en de voorschriften die door de OIV zijn aanbevolen en gepubliceerd in het „Recueil des méthodes internationales d’analyse des vins et des moûts” (Internationale analysemethoden voor wijn en most) van de OIV. Als er voor bepaalde communautaire wijnbouwproducten specifieke analysemethoden nodig zijn die niet door de OIV zijn vastgesteld, moeten deze communautaire methoden worden omschreven.
Article 31 of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 lays down that the analysis methods for establishing the composition of the products covered by that Regulation and the rules for checking whether those products have been subjected to processes in violation of authorised oenological practice are those recommended and published by the OIV in the Compendium of International Methods of Analysis of Wines and Musts. Where specific analysis methods are necessary for certain Community wine products and they have not been established by the OIV, those Community methods should be described.

2. De Commissie publiceert in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie, C-serie, de lijst en de beschrijving van de in artikel 31, eerste alinea, van Verordening (EG) nr. 479/2008 bedoelde analysemethoden die in de „Recueil des méthodes internationales d’analyse des vins et des moûts” (het handboek van internationale analysemethoden voor wijn en most) van de OIV zijn beschreven en moeten worden toegepast om de in de communautaire regelgeving vastgestelde maxima en voorschriften voor de productie van wijnbouwproducten te controleren.
2. The Commission shall publish in the C Series of the Official Journal of the European Union the list and description of the analysis methods referred to the first paragraph of Article 31 of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 and described in the Compendium of International Methods of Analysis of Wines and Musts of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine and applicable for verification of the limits and requirements laid down by Community rules for the production of wine products.

The Presidency's questionnaire concerns essentially wine-growing potential (volume of new plantings, structural measures), market mechanisms (intervention in the event of a crisis, specific distillation for potable alcohol supplies), oenological practices and the distribution of competence, opening up to third countries (possible vinification of imported must and coupage of wines of Community origin with those from third countries), budgetary resources to be allocated to the sector.
