· het werkloosheidsprobleem aan te pakken door opleidingsprogramma's over bedrijfsvoering te ontwikkelen voor werkloze jongeren, dat duidelijk omlijnde fasen omvat: het opstellen van een bedrijfsprofiel, planning, opstarten, consolidatie en groei, waarbij elke fase een variabele reeks diensten omvat (counselling, opleiding en kwalificatie, begeleiding en toegang tot microkrediet), in partnerschap met jeugd- en andere organisaties, mainstream bedrijfsadviseurs en financiële instellingen;
· Tackle the problem of unemployment by designing business training programmes for out-of-work youngsters that include clearly defined stages: profiling, planning, start-up, consolidation and growth, each stage offering a variable menu of services (counselling, training and qualification, mentoring and access to microcredit), in partnership with youth and other organisations, mainstream business advisers and financial institutions.
