De rekeninghouder wordt erover ingelicht dat de vereisten vermeld onder 8.1 de registeradministrateur er met name toe verplichten krachtens de geldende regelgeving of een rechterlijke beslissing bepaalde inlichtingen mee te delen aan het publiek, de Europese Commissie, het onafhankelijke transactielogboek van de Gemeenschap, het internationaal transactielogboek of om het even welke andere instantie.
