c) een concreet systeem voor hulpverlening (concrete nadere regels voor de toepassing van strategieën voor inclusie en differentiatie) dat intern is aan de ingestelde schoolinrichting (in overleg met, tenminste, de klastitularissen, de directie van de school, de psycho-medisch-sociale centra en de ouders) tijdens het schooljaar dat het jaar voorafgaat waarvoor het advies wordt vereist;
c) le dispositif d'aide (modalités concrètes d'application des stratégies d'inclusion et de différenciation) concret interne à l'établissement scolaire mis en place (en concertation avec, à minima, les titulaires de classe, la direction d'école, le CPMS et les parents) durant l'année scolaire qui précède celle pour laquelle l'avis est requis;

Wanneer het inkomen uit leeflonen bestaat, tegen het tarief van alleenstaande of gezinshoofd of sociale hulp gelijk aan het leefloon toegekend door een openbaar centrum voor maatschappelijk welzijn uiterlijk op 15 oktober van het in aanmerking genomen school- of academiejaar, wordt een forfaitair bedrag toegekend ten belope van : - 200 EURO, voor de externe studenten van het secundair onderwijs; - 500 EURO, voor de interne studenten van het secundair onderwijs; - 1.000 EURO, voor de externe studenten van het aanvullend secundair beroepsonderwijs en het hoger onderwijs; - 2.000 EURO, voor de interne studenten van het aanvullend secundair onderwijs en het hoger onderwijs.
En outre, lorsque le revenu est constitué du revenu d'intégration sociale, au taux isolé ou chef de ménage ou aide sociale équivalente au revenu d'intégration sociale accordé par un centre public d'aide sociale au plus tard au 15 octobre de l'année scolaire ou académique envisagée, il est attribué un montant forfaitaire qui s'élève à : - 200 EUROS, pour les élèves externes de l'enseignement secondaire; - 500 EUROS, pour les élèves internes de l'enseignement secondaire; - 1.000 EUROS, pour les étudiants externes de l'enseignement professionnel secondaire complémentaire et de l'enseignement supérieur; - 2.000 EUROS, pour les étudiants internes de l'enseignement professionnel secondaire complémentaire et de l'enseignement supérieur.

Staan de opvatting over Europese scholen als elitescholen en de opdeling van leerlingen in categorieën in eenzelfde Europese school niet in tegenspraak met de doelstellingen voor de verwezenlijking van een interne markt, voor mobiliteit en een betere sociale cohesie?
Mais, au moins, on devrait s'y atteler car la perception des écoles européennes comme écoles élitistes et la distinction des élèves par catégories au sein même des écoles européennes, ne constituent-elles pas des contradictions avec les objectifs de réalisation du marché unique, avec nos buts de mobilité et avec une meilleure cohésion sociale?
