De strategie wordt ook aangevuld door het in maart 2012 opgerichte European Climate Adaptation Platform (Climate-ADAPT), dat de recentste gegevens over aanpassingsmaatregelen in de EU alsook de beleidsondersteunende instrumenten samenbrengt.
