Saunders, J., (1994) Lexicon of Alcohol and Drug Terms, Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie, Genève); er is echter geen overeenstemming over de vraag welk peil van alcoholgebruik precies als gevaarlijk moet worden beschouwd.
