Le jeudi 4 avril 2002, le Conseil de la Concurrence a reçu notification d'une concentration au sens de l'article 12, § 1, de la loi sur la protection de la concurrence économique, coordonnée par le 1 juillet 1999 (Moniteur belge 1 septembre 1999) duquel il ressort que ABN AMRO Participaties Holding B.V. acquiert le contrôle exclusif de SRH Marine N.V. , SRH Marine B.V. et de Radio Holland Marine B.V. par le biais d'un contrat d'acquisition d'actions passé avec EMG Euromarine Electronics GmbH.
