3) se réjouit des progrès et de l'évolution dynamiques de l'EMUNI (141 établissements membres issus de 37 pays Euromed, en février 2011), et de la priorité accordée aux initiatives clés de l'UpM: la dépollution de la Méditerranée, les autoroutes maritimes et terrestres, la protection civile, les sources d'énergie alternatives (plan solaire méditerranéen) et l'initiative méditerranéenne de développement des entreprises; invite et encourage l'EMUNI à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires afin d'offrir les connaissances et le potentiel humain nécessaires à la convergence et à l'intégration économique, et favorise une amélioration constante du niveau de l'enseignement;
