IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In het kader van de uitvoering zijn voor de OP's voor landbouw en plattelandsontwikkeling drie betalingen gedaan: een eerste betaling ter hoogte van 76,8 miljoen EUR (voorschot van 7%) in 2000 en twee andere betalingen van in totaal 47 miljoen EUR in 2001. In totaal vormen deze bedragen 11,3% van de bijdrage van het EOGFL-Oriëntatie voor dit programma.
Au niveau de l'exécution, pour les PO Agriculture et développement rural, trois paiements ont été effectués : un premier en 2000 d'un montant de 76,8 MEUR (acompte de 7 %) et deux autres en 2001 pour un montant global de 47 MEUR, soit un total représentant 11,3 % de la dotation FEOGA-O prévue pour ce programme.

Lid 1 van dit artikel is echter wel van toepassing op uitgaven voor uit hoofde van door het Europees Oriëntatie- en Garantiefonds voor de landbouw, afdeling garantie, gefinancierde plattelandsontwikkeling, overeenkomstig artikel 47bis van Verordening (EG) nr. 1257/1999 van de Raad inzake steun voor plattelandsontwikkeling uit het Europees Oriëntatie- en Garantiefonds voor de landbouw (EOGFL) en tot wijziging en intrekking van een aantal verordeningen (24), met inachtneming van de voorwaarden daaraan verbonden in de wijziging van deze verordening in bijlage II bij deze Akte.

De afdeling Garantie van het EOGFL (Europees Oriëntatie- en Garantiefonds voor de landbouw) financiert de restituties bij de uitvoer naar derde landen en de interventies ter regularisatie van de markten.
La section Garantie du FEOGA (Fonds européen d'orientation et de garantie agricole) finance les restitutions à l'exportation vers les pays tiers et les interventions destinées à la régularisation des marchés.

De EOGFL, het financieel instrument van het gemeenschappelijk landbouwbeleid, heeft een dubbele bestemming : enerzijds komt ze via haar afdeling « waarborg » tussen beide in het raam van het prijzen- en marktbeleid; anderzijds heeft ze door haar afdeling « oriëntatie » invloed op de landbouwstructuren.

Wat de uitvoering van het OP voor landbouw en plattelandsontwikkeling betreft, zijn er in 2002 vier betalingen verricht ten bedrage van 158,7 miljoen EUR ofwel 14% van de voor dit programma voorziene bijdrage van het EOGFL-Oriëntatie.
Au niveau de l'exécution du PO Agriculture et développement rural, quatre paiements ont été effectués en 2002 pour un montant total de 158,7 millions d'euros, soit 14 % de la dotation FEOGA-Orientation prévue pour ce programme.

De bijdrage van het EOGFL-Oriëntatie bedraagt 10 miljoen EUR.
Le concours du FEOGA (section Orientation) s'élève à 10 millions d'euros.

Zo bedraagt de bijdrage van het EOGFL-Oriëntatie ten hoogste 75 % van de totale subsidiabele kosten in de regio's van doelstelling 1 en ten hoogste 50 % van de totale subsidiabele kosten in de overige regio's.
En particulier, la contribution du FEOGA section "orientation" est au maximum de 75% du coût total éligible dans les territoires couverts par l'Objectif 1 et de 50% pour ceux situés en dehors de ce zonage.

Het EPD voorziet in een totale bijdrage uit het EOGFL-Oriëntatie van 41.345,471 miljoen EUR over de gehele periode 2000-2006.
