16. Encouraging the ongoing work in the OSCE on strengthening the effectiveness of the OSCE, including its field operations, considering also the recommendations of the Panel of Eminent Persons and the Washington Colloquium of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly,

Rappelant la Déclaration d'Edimbourg de l'Assemblée parlementaire de l'OSCE qui invitait les États participants à signer et à ratifier le Protocole facultatif à la Convention relative aux droits de l'enfant, concernant la vente d'enfants, la prostitution des enfants et la pornographie mettant en scène des enfants, ainsi que la Convention Nº 182 de l'Organisation internationale du travail préconisant une action immédiate en vue d'interdire les pires formes de travail des enfants, y compris la prostitution des enfants et la pornographie mettant en scène des enfants,

Underlining that the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will continue to pursue an aggressive agenda to assist in the establishment of peace and stability, and reinforcement of cooperation in assessing the implementation of the OSCE objectives, strengthening and consolidating democratic institutions in the OSCE participating States,
