Noting that the European Union already promotes programmes in the field of cooperation and mobility between Universities from the North and South of the Mediterranean, and that the network created by EMUNI contributes to coordinating and enhancing these initiatives, as well as to foster a balanced and attractive region of research and excellence;
Considérant que l'Union européenne soutient déjà des programmes dans le domaine de la coopération et de la mobilité entre les universités du nord et du sud de la Méditerranée, et que le réseau mis en place par l'EMUNI participe à la coordination et à l'amélioration de ces initiatives, ainsi qu'à la promotion d'une région équilibrée et attirante de la recherche et de l'excellence;
