TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

i) onder "Verslag 2015" wordt verstaan het geconsolideerde verslag met als titel "Transfer Pricing Documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting, on Action 13 of the OECD/G20 Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting";
i) l'expression "rapport de 2015" désigne le rapport final intitulé "Documentation des prix de transfert et déclarations pays par pays" établi au titre de l'action 13 du plan d'action de l'OCDE et du G20 concernant l'érosion de la base d'imposition et le transfert de bénéfices;

Het doel van dit communicatiemiddel is het leveren van een beveiligde omgeving aan deelnemende Staten voor het uitwisselen van gevoelige informatie in het kader van acties gevoerd door de OESO en het Mondiaal Forum (Common Reporting Standard, uitwisseling van rulings, Country by Country reporting, enz.).
L'objectif de cet outil de communication est de fournir aux États participants un environnement sécurisé pour échanger des informations sensibles dans le cadre des actions menées par l'OCDE et le Forum mondial (Common Reporting Standard, échange de Tax Ruling, Country by Country reporting, etc.).

Nog voor het zomerreces zal een ontwerp inzake "country by country reporting" (inclusief een local en master file) aan het Parlement ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd.
Avant les vacances d'été, un projet en matière de déclaration pays-par-pays (y compris un fichier local et un fichier principal) sera déposé pour approbation au parlement.

Minimumstandaarden bestaan voor: - het tegengaan van schadelijke praktijken door aanpassing van wetgeving over patentboxes en de uitwisseling van informatie over rulings; - het tegengaan van misbruik van dubbelbelastingverdragen; - het invoeren van een country-by-country reporting; - het verbeteren van het oplossen van de geschillen tussen landen inzake regeling voor onderling overleg of arbitrageprocedures.
Des normes minimales ont été fixées pour: - la prévention des pratiques néfastes par alignement de la législation sur les patent boxes et l'échange d'informations sur les rulings; - la prévention des abus dans le cadre des conventions préventives de la double imposition; - l'introduction d'un country-by-country reporting; - l'amélioration de la résolution des différends entre pays en matière de réglementation pour la concertation ou les procédures d'arbitrage.

2. La Belgique a-t-elle l'intention d'élaborer des Rapports d'information sur les pays d'origine spécifiquement axés sur les droits des enfants?

Met dit luik wordt uitvoering gegeven aan UN-resolutie 1612 van de Veiligheidsraad [...] "to establish a monitoring and reporting mechanism (MRM), managed by country-based task forces co-led by UNICEF and the highest UN representative in the country, to provide timely and reliable information on six grave children's rights violations: a) Killing or maiming of children b) Recruitment or use of children by armed forces or armed groups c) Attacks on schools or hospitals d) Rape or other sexual violence against children e) Abduction of children f) Denial of humanitarian access to children" De activiteiten die België financiert, richten zich op: - enerzijds functionerende MRM's en implementatie van actieplannen in CAR, Tsjaad, DRC, Myanmar, Filippijnen, Somalië, Zuid-Soedan; - en anderzijds een bijdrage voor het hoofdkwartier "to support functioning of MRM at all levels.
Le volet du programme consacré au mécanisme de surveillance est une réponse concrète à la résolution 1612 du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies qui demande "to establish a monitoring and reporting mechanism (MRM), managed by country-based task forces co-led by UNICEF and the highest UN representative in the country, to provide timely and reliable information on six grave children's rights violations: a) Killing or maiming of children; b) Recruitment or use of children by armed forces or armed groups; c) Attacks on schools or hospitals; d) Rape or other sexual violence against children; e) Abduction of children; f) Denial of humanitarian access to children". La Belgique répartit les moyens alloués entre deux types d'intervention: - soutien à des mécanismes de surveillance efficaces et mise en oeuvre de plans d'action en RCA, Somalie, RDC, aux Philippines, au Myanmar et au Soudan du Sud; - appui au siège de l'Unicef pour la mise en place effective à tous les niveaux du MRM.
