Art. 21. De enveloppe niet-gecertificeerde opleiding van de subsidie gecertificeerde en niet-gecertificeerde opleiding wordt jaarlijks voor elk centrum berekend volgens de formule : NGO(t) = CZit(i) * S waarbij : 1° NGO(t)c : enveloppe niet-gecertificeerde opleiding voor het begrotingsjaar t voor een centrum; 2° CZit(i) : cursistenuren voor de periode i, waarbij cursistenuren het product zijn van het aantal cursisten die inschrijvingsgeld hebben betaald en het aantal uren van de zittingen, bedoeld in het besluit op de voortgezette opleiding, in de niet-gecertificeerde opleiding.
Art. 21. L'enveloppe « formation non certifiée » de la subvention « formation certifiée et non certifiée » est calculée annuellement selon la formule : NGO(t)c = CZit(i) * S où : 1° NGO(t)c : enveloppe « formation non certifiée » pour l'exercice budgétaire t pour un centre; 2° CZit(i) : heures/apprenants d'un centre pour la période i, les heures/apprenants étant le produit du nombre d'apprenants qui ont payé les droits d'inscription et le nombre d'heures des sessions visées par l'arrêté sur la formation continue, dans la formation certifiée.
