Ich weise aber auch darauf hin, dass der Verfassungsvertrag genau auf diese Angst an vielen Stellen schon eine Antwort gibt, weil er nämlich die Rolle der nationalen Parlamente stärkt, das Subsidiaritätsprinzip stärkt, die Regionen stärkt, die Mitsprache der nationalen Parlamente in Brüssel stärkt.
