The Committee suggests that the Act of 23 March 1995 which prohibits the denial, minimization, justification or approval of the genocide committed by the German national socialist regime during the Second World War should be broadened to cover the different types of genocide.
Le Comité suggère que la loi du 23 mars 1995, visant à réprimer la négation, la minimalisation, la justification ou l'approbation du génocide commis par le régime national-socialiste allemand pendant la seconde guerre mondiale, soit élargie afin de couvrir les différents types de génocide.
