Afdeling III. - Uitoefening van het groepstoezicht Onderafdeling I. - Aanwijzing van de groepstoezichthouder Art. 407. § 1. Onder de betrokken toezichthouders wordt één enkele toezichthouder aangewezen die verantwoordelijk is voor de coördinatie en uitoefening van het groepstoezicht, hierna de "groepstoezichthouder" genoemd.
Section III. - Exercice du contrôle du groupe Sous-section I. - Détermination du contrôleur du groupe Art. 407. § 1. Un contrôleur unique, responsable de la coordination et de l'exercice du contrôle du groupe, dénommé "contrôleur du groupe", est désigné parmi les autorités de contrôle concernées.
