C. gelet op het verslag van de Verenigde Naties (VN) van 22 augustus 2007 over het recht op voeding waarbij meer bepaald de aandacht wordt gevestigd op « [.] the implications that this may have on the right to food of poor farmers in the developing world [.] the potential negative impact of greater trade liberalization on peasant farmers in the African, Caribbean and Pacific countries, especially given unfair competition with highly subsidized EU production [.] »;
C. considérant le rapport de l'Organisation des Nations unies (ONU) du 22 août 2007 sur le droit à l'alimentation attirant notamment l'attention « [.] sur l'implication [que les APE] pourraient avoir sur le droit à l'alimentation des paysans pauvres dans le monde en développement [ainsi que] l'impact négatif potentiel [que pourrait avoir] une plus grande libéralisation des échanges sur l'agriculture paysanne dans les pays ACP, compte tenu notamment de la concurrence déloyale de la production de l'UE fortement subventionnée [.] »;
