— Having regard to the Council of the European Union conclusions of 12 May 2009 on a strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training (« ET 2020 ») which highlights the central role that education and training should play in overcoming the challenges facing Europe and the need of efficient investment in human capital through education and training systems;
— Vu les conclusions du Conseil de l'Union européenne du 12 mai 2009 sur le cadre stratégique pour la coopération européenne dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation (« ET 2020 »), qui souligne le rôle central que l'enseignement et la formation devraient assumer pour la réussite des défis auxquels l'Europe est confrontée, et le besoin d'investir efficacement dans le capital humain grâce aux systèmes d'enseignement et de formation;
