We, the ministers of the 25 EU Member States responsible for gender equality policy participating in the European ministerial Conference held in Luxembourg on 4 February 2005 in the context of the Beijing +10 Review of the implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action and the outcome documents of the 23rd session of the General Assembly 2000;
Nous, ministres des 25 États membres chargés de la politique d'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes, participant à la conférence des ministres de l'Union européenne du 4 février 2005 à Luxembourg, dans le cadre de l'examen de la mise en œuvre du Programme d'action de Pékin et des textes issus de la 23 session de l'Assemblée générale qui s'est tenue en 2000;

22. Instructs the President of the Assembly to forward this recommendation to the Co-presidency of the « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean » and its Secretary General, to the Speaker of parliaments and governments of member countries of « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean », to the Euro- Mediterranean ministerial Conference of Foreign affairs, to the Presidency of the European Union, to the European Parliament, to the European Commission, as well as to all the institutions concerned.
22. Charge le Président de l'Assemblée de transmettre la présente recommandation à la Co- présidence du « Processus de Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée » et son Secrétaire Général, aux Présidents des Parlements et aux gouvernements des pays membres au « Processus du Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée », à la Conférence Euro- Méditerranéenne des ministres des Affaires Etrangères, à la Présidence de l'Union Européenne, au Parlement Européen, à la Commission Européenne, et à toutes les institutions concernées.
