Voorstel tot besluit : de Algemene Vergadering van aandeelhouders besluit, in overeenstemming met artikel 556 van het Wetboek van vennootschappen, om de bepalingen 8.2 (Change of control) en 21.11 (Conditions subsequent) van de Revolving Facility Agreement van 4 september 2015 tussen bpost, naamloze vennootschap, en Belfius Bank NV, BNP Paribas NV, ING Belgium NV, KBC Bank, naamloze vennootschap, (''Revolving Facility Agreement'') en enige andere bepaling van de Revolving Facility Agreement die zou kunnen resulteren in een vroegtijdige beëindiging van de Revolving Facility Agreement in geval van een controlewijziging over de kredietnemer, bpost, goed te keuren, en, voor zover vereist, te bekrachtigen.
