Le Fonds pour la valorisation de la participation de la GIMV, créé en vertu de l'article 38 du décret du 24 juin 2005 contenant diverses mesures d'accompagnement de l'ajustement du budget 2005, est abrogé.

Art. 38. § 1. Er wordt een « Fonds ter valorisatie van de GIMV-participatie » opgericht, hierna genoemd « het Fonds ». Het Fonds is een begrotingsfonds zoals bedoeld in artikel 45 van de gecoordineerde wetten op de Rijkscomptabiliteit.
