Op 20 april 2007 heeft het Verenigd Koninkrijk twee documenten ingezonden die het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken in maart 2007 had aangenomen: "Securing the UK Border – Our vision and strategy for the future" en "Enforcing the Rules – A strategy to ensure and enforce compliance with our immigration laws ".
Le 20 avril 2007, le Royaume-Uni a transmis deux documents adoptés par le ministère de l’intérieur en mars 2007: «Sécuriser les frontières britanniques – Notre vision et notre stratégie pour l’avenir» et «L’application des règles – Une stratégie visant à garantir et à mettre en œuvre le respect de nos lois sur l’immigration ».
