Article 1. Le grade et diplôme d'ingénieur technicien décerné à M. CONIGLIO, Giuseppe, né à Krefeld (Allemagne) le 15 mai 1968, par l'Institut supérieur industriel provincial du Hainaut le 24 juin 1993 dans la spécialité « Construction mécanique » est assimilé au grade d'ingénieur industriel, section « Construction mécanique ».
