The amendment adapts the Rules of Procedure to the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Commission on procedures for implementing Council Decision 1999/468 EC laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission, namely its paragraph 16. , where for the Regulatory procedure with scrutiny it is foreseen that the time-limit for scrutiny by the two branches of the legislature exceptionally starts to run when Parliament receives the final draft implementing measures in the language versions submitted to the members of the comitology- committee and not in all official languages.

7. merkt op dat het Centrum actief deelneemt aan de Interinstitutional Commissie voor vertaling en vertolking (CITI) dat gezamenlijk door de Instellingen vastgestelde regels en criteria voor beoordeling van de kwaliteit van vertaalwerk moet opstellen en toepassen;
7. prend note de la participation active du Centre aux comités interinstitutionnels pour la traduction et l'interprétation (CITI) à l'effet de définir et d'appliquer des critères d'évaluation définis en commun par les institutions en matière de qualité des travaux de traduction;
